ADMIXTOOLS (f3, f4-statistics, qpWave, qpAdm, and qpGraph), PLINK(PCA), EIGENSOFT(PCA) and GLOBETROTTER - Data visualization with ggplot2 and Shiny and Inkscape
- Pretreatment of lignocellulosic material including wheat straw, Miscanthus, Poplars, Poppy and algae using different methods
- Enzymatic hydrolysis of pretreated biomass
- Biofuels production focusing on ethanol and butanol production
- Process optimization using response surface methodology (RSM)
- Extraction and purification of active compounds from herbs.
- Proteins purification and determination of enzymes kinetic
Two ongoing projects in collaboration with Mgr. Piya Chanhmai Ph.D. (University of Ostrava) and M.Sc. Pavel Flegontov, Ph.D. (Harvard University) on genetic history which are expected to submit for publication in 2021.
